This short-sleeved toddler dress is perfect for any special occasion including weddings and birthdays. It features a satin bodice with minimal floral embroidery. Followed by a black satin sash with a bow on the side of the waist. It is accented with an organza overlay of an embroidered tulle skirt with floral embroidery along the trim. There is a layer of crinoline and a lining inside to add extra volume. The dress is well-made and very comfortable to wear with a button closure and a tie-back sash. Dry clean only.
