Why are the blinds closed during the day?
We keep our blinds closed to protect our formalwear and delicate fabrics from sun damage and fading. We’re open during regular business hours, even when the blinds are down—please come in!
What is your Shipping Policy and how soon will I receive my order?
We ship via Canada Post. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Kindly note that actual delivery times and costs are subject to change based on weight and location. We will be able to email you once your order has been processed and roughly when the order will arrive.
We offer In-Store Pickup as a shipping method at checkout. It's Free!
Please note that you will need to fill in all your information including your shipping address. Our website is powered by Shopify, and unfortunately at this time, to offer free store pickup to our customers the checkout process must be completed as usual, including billing and shipping addresses. As soon as we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us via email kidzcouture.info@gmail.com or telephone at 905-240-5439. We will be happy to help you.
What is the largest size you carry?

Do you provide size charts for your products?
Size charts are available when provided by the brand, but many of our brands do not supply them. If you have any sizing questions or concerns, please call or email us. We’re happy to provide measurements for specific styles to help you choose the right size.
Are the clothing colours accurate online?
